We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received an item that is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault or through the shipment process, please fill out the form on the Contact Us page or email us at, with a description and photographs of the faulty item(s) within 7 days of receiving your item. Once your request has been reviewed by our Customer Service Team, you will be contacted regarding the outcome. 

If your item has been unworn, we will offer you a full refund, exchange or replacement product. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, the shipping cost of returning the faulty item will be covered by Samibe. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Unless the product was received with the fault, and we were contacted within the 7 day post-delivery timeframe, the product will not be accepted for a return. 

Please note that wear and tear of items in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault (including, but not limited to scratches, the loss of stones/pearls, tarnished metal due to contact with water, cleaning products, lotions or perfumes). 

Please choose your purchase carefully, as we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind, for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty with strictly no exceptions.
